The NucleofectorTM 2b Device (or older generations I or II) works cell type specific kits, each of them dedicated to an individual primary cell. This NucleofectorTM Kit is the optimal kit for efficient transfectiion of primary chicken neurons.
The kit is available in different variants for either 10 or 25 or 4 x 25 reactions.
