The NucleofectorTM 2b Device (or older generations I or II) works cell type specific kits, each of them dedicated to an individual primary cell. This NucleofectorTM Kit is the optimal kit for efficient transfectiion of primary mouse T cells.
The kit is available in different variants for either 10 or 25 or 4 x 25 reactions.
