Faster GloveFAST Cyto Pharma are class 3 ISO/FDIS 14644-7 negative pressure isolators with a vertical laminar airflow and physical separation between operator and product (gloves); these units are designed to protect both the material to be manipulated from contamination coming from environment and to protect the operator and the environment from contamination hazards manipulated inside. The dusted, filtered and sterile air passing through the main H14 HEPA/ULPA filter ensures optimum laminar airflow on the working surface. BENEFITS IN/OUT transfer hatches with a set of inlet and re-circulating H14 HEPA/ULPA filters with electromagnetic interlocking system. Low power consumption and Low noise level: GloveFAST Cyto Pharma offers outstanding energy efficiency performance and silent operation that are achieved combining innovative solutions such as DC blowers, low pressure drop H14 HEPA/ULPA filters, low power consumption LED light. High Level Lighting: thanks to LED lights system, provide the highest lighting level (> 1000Lux ) to the work area. A dimmer is available as standard fitting to adjust light intensity. Innovative system of third bank H 14 HEPA/ULPA filtration beneath the working surface with increased space for operator’s knees and comfort (>480mm): the filters are conceived with the suitable size to be disposed in a standard 60lt waste bin according to the latest version of DIN 12980:2005-06 Standard. Bag-Out System: Safe and easy H14 HEPA/ULPA filter replacement beneath the working surface for service technicians and environment protection according to DIN 12980:2005-06 Standard. Ergonomic Design: The angled sloping (7°) front stratified safety-glass sash provides optimum visibility of all objects placed in the interior workspace. The whole front of the safety cabinet can also be opened upwards as it is hinged on the top – in order to allow easy access for complete and effective cleaning and decontamination. Real Laminar AirFlow: Frontal screen 7° sloped as well as back side wall to convey in unidirectional pattern the air flow. As a consequence, the front and back panels are parallel one with the other and there is the real presence of Laminar AirFlow in the whole working area. ECS Eco Controling System: The new ECS microprocessor employs the latest innovative methods of integrated management of all principal functions of ventilation and filtration - self-regulating all the main filtration and ventilation system components - compensating for declining pressure drops and restoring power balance. Combining the use of DC motor-blowers and certified low pressure-drop filters, the new ECS controlling system optimize power consumption, reducing CO2 emissions into the environment. Anti Bacterial Coating: Exclusive Dupont ALESTA anti-bacterial “Ag+ cations-based solution”, capable to prevent microbial contamination of surfaces thereby inhibiting long term surface growth. OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLES The air is sucked from the top of the pass boxes of the cabinet through an H14 HEPA/ULPA filter and pushed into the working area of the pass boxes. Then air pass through a second H14 HEPA/ULPA filter is sucked by the main fan. The pressurized air pushed into the plenum passes through the LAF H14 HEPA/ULPA filter and then downwards, in a laminar flow, into the working chamber to protect the products handled. From here, through the perforated work surface, it is sucked into the main H14 HEPA/ULPA filter under the work surface and then the air pass through the channel situated at the rear of the work chamber . Part of the air is exhausted through the exhaust H14 HEPA filter. That process creates the negative pressure condition in the working area to protect operator and environment.
